About the pin number of NUCLEO-F303K8
I downloaded the NUCLEO-F303K8 symbol in OrCAD.I think it is correct that PA5 is connected to CN4-8 and PA4 is connected to CN4-9, but in the symbol I downloaded, PA5 is connected to CN4-9 and PA4 is connected to CN4-8.

This is Ana stepping in for John. Thank you for patiently waiting. The issue you presented with the NUCLEO-F303K8 part was due to a wrong conversion instance when generating the OrCad / Allegro file. However, we are happy to let you know that this issue has now been addressed and the pin mapping for the model is currently working as expected again.
