Can you change way of verification by email instead of telephone SMS.

I am a marine engineer . I am sailing now on a vessel . When I am free , I create some diy circuits with the support of software Kidcad and SnapMagic. I need food prints of some electronic components from SnapMagic. I downloaded some footprints of components. But unfortunately I got restriction to download . As I am currently at sea , I don't have telephone connection to verify who I am . Can you change way of verification by sending email instead of telephone SMS.
