Hi, I am trying to search for parts but no matter if I put in a part number, manufacturer, or component type, it either says no results found or timed out after a long time (including the website's examples like Texas Instruments and video encoder https://www.snapeda.com/search/?q=video+encoder&SEARCH=SEARCH&sort=). It isn't an internet connection problem and a few parts can be searched such as the example https://www.snapeda.com/search/?q=PIC32MX250F128D-I%2FPT&SEARCH=SEARCH&sort=, so what is preventing the search and how do I fix it? Thanks.

I tried searching now and it's fixed so I don't have screenshots, but this morning it would say:
Your search for - (something) - did not match any parts. But, never fear! You can request it here.
What you can search:
A Part Number - ex: PIC32MX250F128D-I/PT.
A Manufacturer - ex: Texas Instruments.
A Component Type - ex: video encoder.
