Download does not appear to work the same as other parts
I tried to download this part, but when I drag it to my Altium project, it does nothing:
LSHM-120-01-L-DH-A-S-K-TR
Is there something wrong?
All other parts open a dialog when I do this, and I can add a library.

Thank you for reaching out, and for your patience while we reviewed your feedback.
After checking on our side, we were able to download the part and import it into Altium successfully, without any errors, and we could not reproduce the issue you reported.
I also emailed you the files so you can download them again. Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like the files may not have downloaded correctly, the size shows as 3 KB instead of the expected 23.6 KB.
Could you please download the files again and let me know if the issue still persists.
