Hello lolisepic9

The IRFZ44NSTRRPBF is an N-channel power MOSFET. In a wireless charger transmitter, it is typically used as the main switching transistor that drives the transmit coil.

What it does:
1- It rapidly switches current on and off through the transmitter coil.
2- This switching creates the alternating magnetic field required for wireless power transfer.
3- It is usually controlled by a PWM signal from a microcontroller or wireless-power controller.
4- It is driven through a gate-driver IC to handle fast switching and reduce losses.

Where it sits in the circuit:
Drain → connected to the resonant tank (coil + capacitor).
Source → connected to ground.
Gate → driven by a gate-driver circuit.

This configuration makes the MOSFET a low-side switch in a resonant converter or half-bridge, forming the core of the wireless transmitter’s power stage.
