I can no longer download footprint or symbol

When I try and download a footprint or symbol I am redirected to https://www.snapeda.com/profiles/verify-phone/
Which then shows a page that indicates that I am already verified and can continue browsing?

I've tried edge and Firefox both have same result.
Is this a restriction of the account ?

I have same issue; downloads worked 2 days ago for me, now they don't. It tells me that my account is verified, but the download never goes through.

I apologize for the inconvenience. For transparency, last week we got hit with a bad actor that created thousands of fake accounts and took the website down. That has prompted us to up our security to ensure that the platform is more reliable and sustainable for the real engineers that we are dedicated to serving.
