i cant download any model and parts, the download link result in blank page
i want to download a 3d asset from this https://www.snapeda.com/parts/S4B-PH-SM4-TB/JST%20Sales/view-part/?welcome=home&ref=search&t=S4B-PH-SM4-TB&ab_test_case=b. when i click download my page just went to https://snapeda.s3.amazonaws.com/media/CADParts/S4B-PH-SM4-TB--3DModel-STEP-56544.STEP?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIA4HXOGD3LQOLP33UE&Expires=1770946182&Signature=vbB1oI%2BB%2FLl0N0DvSI%2Fbwrt3rNE%3D. And nothing happen just blank page. my location are southeast asian indonesia and i uses chrome browser.
