Is restricted area in footprint of 20854-010E-02 defined for all PCB layers?
I am trying to design a PCB using 20854-010E-02. In datasheet you can find recommended footprint with a restricted area for copper (no trace, no via, no test point...). My question is: Is this restricted area limited to one of both outer layers (top or bottom, depended on which layer is used for placement)? Or should the restricted area be realized on all PCB layers?

As per our engineers, the Footprint has a "Restrict" area on the Top and bottom layers. If you need more assistance, please let us know!
