Upon checking, the part number for 2-pos header you downloaded is B2B-PH-K-S.

For the mating female connector, JST doesn't have an assembled dual-ended connector but you can form the cable using the female housing PHR-2 and the crimp contact SPH-002T-P0.5S. There are also vendors/manufacturer that offer this pre-assembled cable like Pololu's 5600.
