Looks like solder mask may have incorrect diameter on pins
Nordic reference design has 3 mil soldermask solder dam. Your design the diameter of the soldermask pins are so large there is no soldermask inbetween the pins. The diameter of the soldermask pins should be 12.8 mils. I have screen shots but don't see a place to upload them.
