Looks like wrong footprint
The Adafruit 1083 is an ADS1015 a/d circuit board that is a 12-pin DIP with a wide footprint.
The photo on SnapMagic is a SIP.
The footprint here on SnapMagic is a two terminal device - a capacitor? Not even close.
