Note the 90 degree angle shaped pads at the corners should not have a single round drill in the center. The drill should match the shape of the pad. See the drawing page 2 (Recommended PCB Layout):

The same is true with the elongated pads. A single round .6mm drill isn't correct in all 4 cases.

The top and bottom slots are defined as board cutouts on Mechanical Layer 1, using the exact slot dimensions provided in the manufacturer datasheet. The round holes are included solely as drill start guides for PCB manufacturers.
If you prefer, you can remove the round holes. Just please make sure Mechanical Layer 1 is included in your Gerber files so the fabricator produces the slots exactly as shown in the datasheet, including the correct slot size and corner radius.
