Question over my account ban
I am a student working on a circuit design project. I recently experienced an error while trying to download footprints for standard resistors (e.g., 0805 series). I haven't used any automated tools or scrapers. Could you please check if my account or IP has been mistakenly flagged?
If I have tolerated any of rules, sorry for my misdoings and hope you could give me a second chance.

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you've hit your daily download limit (25 parts today).
Are you seeing this error: "We've snapped our fingers, but the conversion factory is backed up with orders. Try again in a while after the backlog clears"?
If so, try again in a few hours (daily limits reset in 24hrs). In the meantime, could you tell us more about your project and how many parts you need? We may be able to extend your limit if we understand your use case better.
If you're seeing a different error, please share it and I'll investigate right away.
