The courtyard of B3B-XH-A seems to be upside down. Of course, the silk is.
Please confirm it.

As per our Component Engineers, there are no issues with the part's courtyard and even on the vertical distance on both sides.

I apologize to you for my mistake.
A footprint of a insert part is the figure viewed from solder side,
not from the part side.

It becomes clear.
