Unable to download – authentication loop
Every time I try to download an Altium footprint or STEP 3D model, I am redirected to /profiles/verify-phone/.
The page says: “Your account is active – No verification needed.”
Clicking “Continue Browsing” takes me back to the website, but trying to download again produces the same authentication loop.
I have already tried:
clearing cookies/cache
Incognito/private mode
different browsers
a different account
The issue still occurs.
Please check/fix the authentication/download permission on the server side.

I checked your account and found that there are multiple usernames linked to your email address that's why the loop happens even though your account was already verified.
