Why do the pads have solder paste?

As per our engineers, The paste layer is off for the pads and this is reviewed under Kicad and Altium formats. Also, the pads do not have the paste layer applied as specified in the datasheet.

I had the SnapEDA symbol, footprint, and 3D model successfully loaded into KiCAD. All of them are OK. When I imported them to EasyEDA, the solder paste of the got enabled. I had to remove them.

Anyway, sorry for the false alarm. I did not check the footprint first in KiCAD before asking the question.
